KBC Band Saw
The KBC Range of automatic horizontal band saws combine state of the art technology and solid machine construction at a reasonable price. These metal cutting bandsaw machines are equipped with a wide array of standard features:
- Frequency regulated main drive motor
- 2° Blade bias for precise sawing of all profiles
- Long stroke hydraulic clamping
- Hydraulic band tension
- Ball screw feed and NC programming
- Single stroke length of 24”, with automatic multi-stroke function
- 2.75” Minimum Remnant in automatic mode
- Full capacity bundle clamps, blade deflection monitoring and automatic chip conveyors are available as optional equipment.
