The KBC Range of automatic horizontal band saws combine state of the art technology and solid machine construction at a reasonable price. These metal cutting bandsaw machines are equipped with a wide array of standard features:

  • Frequency regulated main drive motor
  • 2° Blade bias for precise sawing of all profiles
  • Long stroke hydraulic clamping
  • Hydraulic band tension
  • Ball screw feed and NC programming
  • Single stroke length of 24”, with automatic multi-stroke function
  • 2.75” Minimum Remnant in automatic mode
  • Full capacity bundle clamps, blade deflection monitoring and automatic chip conveyors are available as optional equipment.
